How much does therapy cost?
The cost per session depends on two main factors: insurance vs. non-insurance options. If using insurance, your individual plan determines the costs. If you plan on using out-of-pocket options (debit/credit, financial apps, etc.), each therapist sets their cash rate. It can vary anywhere between $70- $200. Contact them to learn more. Some therapists offer payment plan options as well.
What do I talk about in therapy?
What are my goals for therapy? Do you want to have a better relationship with your partner, ease racing and anxious thoughts, or is there past trauma you want to work through? If things were better, what would that look like? Having tangible goals provides clarity for you and your therapist.
How can I verify my insurance?
If utilizing your insurance, the most accurate way to know your out-of-pocket expense is by contacting your insurance company directly. The process is simple, easy, and ensures you can start therapy as early as possible.
What does virtual therapy look like?
At the time of your appointment, you will meet with your therapist on a secure and confidential videoconferencing platform. All paperwork is completed online via the Simple Practice EHR system for ease and safety. Flexible scheduling options allow you to book sessions that are convenient for your therapist, and you.
